Our products are digital downloads (PDF files) that you receive instantly after paying, so we can’t take them back. For that reason, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

If something is wrong with your files

If a file is faulty, won’t open, or isn’t what the product page describes, email us. We’ll fix it or send you a working copy right away. If we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you in full.

Most problems are quick to fix: a download link that expired, or a PDF that opens badly in one app.

Payments

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Any refund for a faulty file goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
